8 eggs
1 C. milk
8 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs with a fork, add milk, bacon, and cheese chunks. Butter 9x13 pan and place egg mixture in pan and bake 350 for 30-40 min.
