1cup ricotta chees
1/4 c parmesan cheese
6 chicken breasts, pounded out thin
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
1/4 c white wine optional
toasted pine nuts for garnish
basil leaves for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
combine ricotta, pesto & parmesan cheese. Place dollop of the pesto-ricotta mixture on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast & secure with a toothpick. Season with salt & pepper. Put in crock pot. Cover with soup, milk &wine. Cover & cook 4-6 hrs. or on high 3 hrs. Garnish with nuts & basil leaves.
