1 small box Jello - Strawberry
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg
1 large can of PET Milk
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour PET Milk in mixing bowl and put in freezer till nearly frozen. Meanwhile; in saucepan, mix egg, sugar, and jello. Then pour in pineapple juice. Bring to a boil. Then let cool.
Beat PET milk till thick.
Pour into cooled mixture and mix well.
Pour into pie dish, lined with vanilla wafers (put on bottom and sides of pie dish)
Chill
