Butter Pecan Tart Recipe

1 C Flour
1 C chopped Pecans
1 stick Butter or Margarine
2 T Water
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 C Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
3 C Milk
6 oz Butter Pecan Instant Pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour with a pastry blender, add 1/2 cup pecans and water. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Let cool. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar and 1 C. of the cool whip thoroughly and spread over crust. Mix milk and pudding mix on low, until thickened. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread the remainder of the cool whip on top and sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans over that.
