1 small bundle of asparagus or package of baby belle tricolor peppers
Delicate Flavor Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Cloves
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean asparagus or peppers. Place asparagus or peppers on a sheet of foil, and fold all of the sides up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. If doing the peppers add garlic cloves if desired. Fold all sides of the foil together to create an envelope or pouch type of thing. Do not fold so tight that the foil is completely hugging the food. Place on grill on high for about 10 minutes or until the garlic is soft.

Personal Notes:
The peppers might be hard to find all of the time, but Costco usually has the best peppers. The grocery store also carries them. Fresh garlic is best, but the already peeled stuff in a jar will work too.......and by grill I do not mean George Foreman!
