4 medium red potatoes
2 boiled eggs
1/4 cup dill or sweet pickles chopped
1/2 stalk celery finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped onions (white or green)
2 tbsp. mayo
1/2 tbsp. mustard
Salt & pepper

Directions:

Boil red potatoes with jackets on until tender
Let potatoes cool, then peel and cube
Mix in all remaining ingredients and stir well
