2 Bone-in-Rib-Eye Steaks
Safflower Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Turn grill on as high as possible. Rub one capful (about 1 teaspoon) of the Safflower Oil into each side of the steak.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper on each side. Place on grill and let cook for about 1 minute on each side to sear and lock in flavor. Take off of grill and turn grill to low and let cook for 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy.
