1 small head cabbage 1 lb ground chuck 1 onion - chopped 1/3 cup Minute Rice 1 can tomato soup 1 soup can water
Brown meat and onion and season to taste. Drain. Stir in rice(uncooked). Chop cabbage and put in greased 9 in baking dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. In saucepan, combine soup and water and heat, stirring til well mixed. Pour over casserole and bake.
