Cook chicken breasts and cube enough to make 1 1/2 cups 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken broth 1 can chicken rice soup 1 cup minute rice 1-16 oz package cooked frozen mixed vegetables
Mix soups and broth together; add rice; cover and bring to a boil; add the mixed vegetables and 1 1/2 cup cubed chicken. Place in greased casserole and bake uncovered.
