1 can corned beef
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/4 c. diced onion
1 T. butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare elbow macaroni. Chop corned beef into bite-sized chunks. Saute onion in butter until soft. Mix together cooked macaroni, corned beef, onion, mushroom soup, and milk. Combine well, & pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly. For last 5 minutes, top with french fried onions.
