1 c. Balsamic Vinegar
4 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/3 c. Onion - Chopped
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
2 2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
1/4 c. Fresh Basil - Chopped (or substitute 2 tsp. dry)
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, mustard, onion and sugar. Puree in food processor or blender. Slowly add the basil and oil until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Store in refrigerator.
