1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
sugar

Directions:

Beat ingredients until fluffy. Spray tube pan with Pam and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 50-55 minutes.
