1 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil
6-8 cloves minced garlic
6-6 1/2 oz cans of chopped clams (save juice)
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
dash of red pepper
3 tbs parsley
1 cup cream or half and half
4 tbs corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a sauce pan (except corn starch). When adding cans of chopped clams, only add juice from 4 cans. Bring to boil. Mix corn starch with water. Add to sauce to thicken as needed.
Boil water and add linguine or spaghetti noodles.
Mix sauce with noodles, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
