Loaf:
4 c flour
2-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 t. salt
1-1/2 t baking powder
3 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1-1/8 c. vegetable oil
1-1/2 T. poppy seeds
1-1/2 t. vanilla
1-1/2 t. almond flavoring
1-1/2 t. butter flavoring
1 t. lemon zest
Topping:
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. almond flavoring
1/2 t. butter flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans. MIx loaf ingredients until moist. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile mix topping ingredients. When loaf is done baking, while still hot, pour topping over loaf and then let sit until cooled.
