1 lg bag Romaine or Fancy Mixed Salad
5 Green Onions including tops
3 pkg Ramen Noodles
1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sesame Seeds

Dressing:
1/2 C Salad Oil
1 C Sugar
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 C Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown broken up ramen noodles with sesame seeds in butter. Chop up green onions including tops and add to salad in a large bowl. When cool, add ramen noodles and sesame seeds to salad. Mix salad oil, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar together, letting sugar dissolve. Pour over salad when ready to serve.
