3 lb roast
2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 t. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 t. rosemary
1 t garlic powder
4 whole peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in slow cooker on high until tender for 5 or 6 hours. Shred meat and put on French rolls.
Pour broth into small dishes for dipping sandwiches.
