4 eggs, 1 2/3 cup sugar, 1 cup oil, 1 can of pumpkin, 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp soda, cream cheese, 1 stick of butter or margarine, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups confectionary sugar ( or more to desired consistency)

Cream till light and fluffy: 4 eggs and 1 2/3 cup sugar, Add 1 cup of oil and 1 can pumpkin (15-16 oz.), Mix with sugar mixture and add: 2 cups flour, 2tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp soda. Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan (11X15) and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Prepare icing: 1/2 stick of an 8 oz. block of cream cheese, 1 stick of butter, 1 tsp vanilla, and 2 cups confectionary sugar (or more if needed to reach desired consistency), mix well and spread on cooled cake.
