4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. olive oil, plus more for brushing
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
8 corn tortillas
2 red onions, thinly sliced
lettuce
sliced tomatoes
avocados
fresh cilantro
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/2 in. thick. Coat chicken in lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate. Brush tortillas with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 min. Set aside. Grill chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5 min. per side. Cut into strips. Brush onions with oil; grill until browned. Serve with condiments. Serves 5.
