4 boneless pork chops
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
basil for garnish
cherry tomatoes for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Pound pork to 1/4 inch thickness. Coat pork with vinegar and oil. Marinate covered for 15 minutes. Remove meat and season with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through and browned on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Garnish. Serves 4.
