1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2 Eggs
3-4 drops Red Food Coloring
1 pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme White Cake Mix
Milk Chocolate Candy Kisses with Almonds or White and Chocolate-striped Candy Kisses
1 C Cut-up Candied Cherries

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, extract, food coloring, and eggs; stir with spoon just until thoroughly moistened. Stir in candied cherries. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with a candy kiss, pressing down firmly. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
