2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 small can Green Giant cream corn
1 small can Green Giant Mexican style(for color) or whole corn kernel (well drained)
1 cup sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well, pour into a buttered casserole dish or pan (brownie pan size). Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
