Caramel:
2 melted sticks marg.
2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1-2 tsp vanilla
2 Lg bags of popped microwaved popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Add the first 3 ingredients together and mix well. Cook for 5 mins. in microwave. Mix 1/2 tsp baking soda in hot sauce until thick and smooth. Add 1-2 t. vanilla. Pour over popcorn and toss evenly. Pour onto sheet pan (large). Cook at 250 for 1 hour (stirring every 15 mins.). After baking, pour out onto wax paper to cool. Eat and enjoy.
