Ingredients:
2 pkg Crescent Rolls, large
16 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 to 1 C Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch of Salt, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Line pan (9 x 13) with 1 pkg of crescent rolls and press seams together. Mix: Cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt together and beat until smooth. Spread over rolls. Pat out top crust and lay over mixture. (I find it works best if I pat the top crust out on saran wrap on the counter and press seams together. I hold the pan over this to make sure the size is about right and then lift the saran wrap over the cream cheese mixture and unfold it on top of this.)

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. When cool, top with powdered sugar icing.
