2 T. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 T. lemon juice
6 C. thinly sliced peeled baking apples

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 425║ In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lemon juice and apples; mix well. Add lemon juice and apples. Toss gently to mix. Spoon into deep dish 9 inch pie crust. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slits or shapes in several places in top crust.. Bake 425║for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
