Pastry: 4 eggs, 1 cup water 1/8 tsp. salt

Custard:
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine butter, 1 cup water and 1/8 tsp. salt and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once stirring vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball and doesn't separate. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes. Add eggs one at time beating well after each addition until smooth. Drop batter by heaping tbsp 3 in. apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 25-30 minutes or until puffy and brown. Cool. Split open or use decorator tip to fill with custard.

CUSTARD: Melt butter and blend in cornstarch, sugar and salt. Gradually add milk and heat to boiling over direct heat stirring constantly. Stir 1/2 cup into slightly beaten egg yolks and return mixture to pan. Heat and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool thoroughly. Fill puffs. Keep refrigerated.
