Brown any size beef roast on all sides well. Saute 1 garlic clove or 1 tsp minced garlic in the pan roast was browned in Add: Water 2/3 up the side of the roast 4 beef boullion cubes 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp Marjoram 1 tsp. Oregano
Roast all in 350º oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and remove roast from liquid & set roast aside to cool. Reserve liquid. Slice roast when cool. Add sliced meat to liquid & heat when ready to serve. I put it all in a slow cooker for reheating and serving.
