1 loaf Italian bread or baguettes
2-3 sweet tomatoes
4 T. butter (or more), softened
1 T. garlic salt
1 T. Italian seasoning
1-2 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Split bread lengthwise. Spread both sides with butter. Sprinkle with garlic and Italian seasoning. Top with fresh tomato slices and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake at 400 15-20 minutes. Place under broiler at the end to brown the top.
