4 thick center-cut bonless pork chops
8 pineapple rings
4 red onion rings
4 green/red pepper rings
Teriyaki sauce
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chop in the center of a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Top with onion, 2 pineapple and pepper rings. Drizzle with a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce & top with pad of butter. Wrap up tightly and grill about 20 minutes until done, or you can bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 350.
