Boil 2 pheasant, debone it. In a separate pan mix together 1 can of each, Cream of Chicken w/Herbs, Cream of Celery and Cream of Mushroom. Add a can or 2 of milk, you'll want it to be a gravy consistency.

Blend the above ingredients together and cook for 30-40 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
