5 lb. pork shoulder roast
1/2 C. water or 7-up

Directions:
Directions:
Place in slow cooker for 12 hours or over night.
Cool and remove pork from fat and pull into pieces.
Add Charlotte's Bar-B-Q sauce or leave in own juice. Leave in slow cooker and serve with rolls
