1 lb. butter, softened (yes!)
1 c. sugar
3 t. vanilla
1 c. sliced almonds, chopped
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and almonds with rubber spatula. Fold in flour using your hands...it's really fun.
Roll into balls and bake on cookie sheets for 45 min. - 1 hour. While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
