1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
8 oz carton Cool Whip
2 pkgs (3.75 oz) instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, flour and nuts. Press into bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool. Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese with 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over baked crust. Whip instant pudding with 3 cups milk and let set. Spread over cheese layer and top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
