2 lb. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
3 T. butter, cubed
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Large marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sweet potatoes in quarters, cover with water, and boil until soft. Drain water, cool slightly, and remove skins. Combine sweet potatoes with sugar, milk, egg, 3 T. butter cubes and vanilla. Stir with wooden spoon and mash up potatoes, leaving some chunks. Put mixture in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes and bake at 350 25-30 minutes. Top with marshmallows for last 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
