1 lb. salmon fillets or steak
1/2 C mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp.. dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Stir mayo, lemon juice, peel and dill until well blended. Place fish on oiled grill. Brush with half of sauce. Grill 5 to 8 minutes; turn and brush with remaining sauce. Continue grilling 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. You can also put in a foil pan on grill to prevent fish from falling into coals.
