3 Popped bags of X-tra Butter popcorn

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 t. salt

1 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put popped popcorn in a large shallow buttered roaster.

Bring next 4 ingredients to a boil and continue a boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add baking soda.

Quickly pour over the popcorn and toss with 2 large wooden spoons.

Bake at 200, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Dump onto countertop to cool.
