8 chicken breasts, cooked 2-10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed 1 c. sour cream 3 T. Poppy seed 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bone and chop chicken breasts. Place in casserole dish. Heat sour cream and soup in saucepan. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle mixture of poppy seed and crackers on top. Drizzle with margarine. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
