1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 1/2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. dried mustard
6 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage; drain and rinse with hot water in colander. Beat eggs; add salt, mustard, and milk. Add bread cubes, cheese, and sausage. Stir well. Pour into baking dish sprayed with PAM. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350F uncovered for 45 minutes. Then open oven door and let stand for 10 minutes. (Double this recipe for a 9x13 size.)
