8 oz. uncooked noodles
1 beef bouillon cube
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 c. onion, chopped
2 T. cooking oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 T. flour
2 tsp. salt
1-2oz. can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Cook noodles with bouillon cube in water. Brown meat, garlic, and onion in oil. Then add flour, salt, paprika, and mushrooms. Stir and cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer in meat mixture for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and cook on low, not curdling mixture. Pour on noodles. Decorate with parsley.
