2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 cup sugar
Crushed peppermint candy

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until frothy; add salt and cream of tartar. Beat into peaks. Add sugar slowly and continue beating until sugar is dissolved and meringue is thick. Fold in crushed peppermint. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto foil lined cookie sheets.

Bake at 300 degrees about 30 minutes or until brown.
