1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, sugars and eggs; beat well. Add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Roll into balls. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar and place on cookie sheet. Flatten and criss-cross with a fork.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
