6 Slices Buttered Bread
2 Cups Shredded cheddar Cheese
1 lbs Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1/2 lbs Sliced Mushrooms
1 Large Can Chopped Green Chili's Drained
2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese
6 Eggs beaten
2 Cups Milk
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Onion Salt (I use minced Onion)
1/4 Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place 6 slices buttered bread, buttered side down
Sprinkle 2C cheddar cheese on top. Brown 1pkg Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage, drain well, and put on top of cheese. Add 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms. Over all 1 big can chopped chili's (drained). Sprinkle 2 C Monterey Jack cheese on top
Refrigerate over night. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes after baking.
