1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with seasoning. if you like the golden yolks to come out flecked with creamy white, beat just a little.

Beat longer for fluffy yellow eggs. stir in milk. pour oil in skillet; tilt o coat well and heat. Add eggs and cook slowly. Stirring gently. Low heat is essential for ender eggs. Cook until set but still moist.

Green onions and eggs -- slow cook 2 or 3 chopped green onions and 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper in the oil about 5 min., then add egg mixture and cook.
