2 package frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb velvetta cheese
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs(30)
11/2 sticks butter or margarine
2 tablespoonful chopped onion

cook broccoli as directed and drain
melt cheese in milk add onion
melt butter in different pan
layer casserole
bake at 350 30-35 minutes
