6 lb. Hen or Chicken
2 cup celery, chopped
1 lb. American cheese, diced
4 large onions, chopped
1 pkg. 1 lb. spaghetti
2 large can mushrooms (stems and juice)
4 large green peppers, chopped
1 small can diced pinientoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hen or chicken in lots of water until tender. Boil spaghetti in 1 to 2 quarts of the stock. Simmer onion, bell pepper, celery in stock until tender. Remove hen or chicken from the bones. mix with all ingredients. Add some stock if mixture is to dry. heat 30 minutes until bubbly. make ahead; freezes well.
