5 Granny smith apples cut into bite size pieces.
Mix together:
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. pineapple juice
2 T cider vinegar
1 T. flour
1 slightly beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mixture on simmer until thickened. Cool
Mix cooled mixture with 1 - 8oz. container of cool whip. Add apples and 1 C. chopped peanuts into mixture and garnish with more chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
