2 c. pecan halves 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 T. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 T. water
Melt butter in glass bowl for 30 seconds in microwave. Mix in rest of ingredients then stir in pecans. Cook in microwave for 4 minutes, stir each minute. Taste to see if toasted, if not cook 30 seconds or more. Do not overcook. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Can finish separating pieces after completely cool.
