2 c. mushrooms sliced
2 garlic cloves crushed
1-2 red peppers sliced
1 t. paprika
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 lb. chicken breast
1 T. flour
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, and peppers; saute 5 minutes. Stir in paprika, salt and pepper. Add broth. Cut each chicken breast into 4 strips, add to skillet, cook for 20 minutes. Stir together flour and sour cream; stir into chicken mixture. Cover and cook on low until sauce is thick and hot.
