Ingredients:  
1c. chopped onion
1c.chopped bell pepper
1c.chopped celery
1 stick of butter
3 cloves garlic
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of cheddar soup
2 sticks bread toasted / grated cheese
1/2 cup parsley
1c. green onion tops
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tobasco
Med jar pimento
3 c. cooked rice
3 c. cooked shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic and 1 stick of butter. Add soups, pimento, parsley, onion tops, salt, pepper, and tobasco. Mix Well,
Stir in shrimp and rice. Mix Well. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and crumbled bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with Salad and French bread
