3 small. package. cherry jello (or any flavor)
4 c. sugar
1 oz. almond extract
1 c. lemon juice
2 (48- oz) cans pineapple juice
2 liter bottle ginger ale
boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in 9 cups of boiling water. Make a simple syrup with 4 cups sugar and 4 cups boiling water. Add almond extract to syrup. Combine Jello and simple syrup. Add lemon juice and pineapple juice. Freeze until solid. Take out of the freezer 2 hours before serving. Add ginger ale and mix until slushy.
