1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips
3 T. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. (30 crackers) crushed sesame snack crackers
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F. In a bowl, combine butter and soy sauce. In another bowl, combine crackers, ginger, and salt. Dip chicken strips in butter mixture, then roll in crumbs until well coated on all sides. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked.
